Chapter 1: Introduction to Calculus and Vectors
This is an introductory chapter to Calculus and Vectors. It is important for students to be very familiar with the material presented in this chapter since the following chapters will be building from this knowledge. This chapter will investigate slopes of straight lines, secants and tangents as well as their relationship to limits of functions and some of the main properties of limits. Chapter will conclude with techniques for identifying continuous functions and non-continuous functions using limits.
